As you may know, any changes in directors, registered office, year end and share capital must be notified as they occur. All of these matters, together with minutes of formal meetings, must be kept in the company’s statutory books.
Using our service these books are kept up to date, notifications completed and regulations satisfied - thus removing the red tape and enabling you to spend your valuable time developing your business.
